During a NASA video feed, conspiracy theorists again spotted a mysterious black cube next to the Sun, but an expert from the Agency reported that it was just a “technical problem”.
The mysterious black cube was spotted during a broadcast view of the Sun by NASA’s SOHO satellite.
SOHO is a solar observation spacecraft. This is a joint project between the European Space Agency and NASA. It was launched on December 2, 1995, brought to the L₁ Lagrange point of the Earth-Sun system, and became operational in May 1996.
A black cube appears at the bottom right side of the screen and immediately, for a few moments, the entire screen is covered in black. When the blackness disappears, it is gone.
On the official SOHO website, a snapshot of the Sun with a black cube can be found and a note that this happened on May 2nd at 13.06 GMT. Shortly after, the website helioviewer.org, which hosts the show, posted the message “Helioviewer is down on May 2nd between 13:00:00 and 21:00:00.”.
Famous ufologist Scott Waring, who first reported this mysterious black cube, believes that NASA is purposefully trying to hide the black cubes, and this is not the first time.
Scott Waring and some other ufologists claim that these dark cubic objects are huge extraterrestrial motherships that regularly approach the Sun to feed on energy from it. And that NASA is allegedly aware of their existence and activities, but tries to hide the truth from earthlings.
Meanwhile, Bernhard Fleck, a SOHO Project scientist, stated in an interview with Vice that “the black cube near the Sun is not a real object, just a data transmission error.”
