Conspiracy theorists believe that top-secret research work on reverse-engineering alien technology continues in several underground government facilities in the US.
According to them, the testimony of the “whistleblowers” proves that the government is covering up the truth about its contacts with alien races and access to exotic alien technology.
Many eyewitnesses claim to have worked as scientists and engineering contractors at several underground government research facilities, such as the top-secret military base Area 51.
Conspiracy theorists claim that extraterrestrial UFOs recovered from crash sites are stored at top-secret Area 51 in the Nevada desert and the Dulce Underground Facility.
They cite testimony from several whistleblowers as evidence of ongoing work at Area 51 to reverse engineer alien propulsion technology.
One of the whistleblowers is Bill Uhaus, who claims that from 1966 to 1979 he was an engineer at the top secret site Area 51 and was in collaboration with a Gray alien known as “J-Rod”.
Uhaus says he worked with J-Rod to build a flight simulator to train Air Force pilots who would fly advanced stealth reconnaissance aircraft developed by reverse-engineering extraterrestrial UFO research.
According to him, he communicated with J-Rod using Gray Alien technology adapted for human use. The technology allows human scientists and engineers working with the Gray Aliens to communicate via telepathy, aided by sophisticated translation software.
J-Rod shows the people at the facility how to control and fly an alien UFO.
There are believed to be different races of Greys, which include “tall”, “short Greys”, and “human-sized Greys”. But it is not certain which of the three main Gray races J-Rod is from.
Uhaus claims that research into the reverse engineering of alien technology, involving aliens and humans, continues in a number of massive underground facilities across the country. Some of the more famous facilities are Area 51 and Dulce.
The Dulce Underground Facility, located beneath Archuleta Mesa in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, is believed to be much larger and more important than Area 51.
Construction of the underground secret bases began under the administrations of Presidents Harry Truman and Dwight Eisenhower. They were built to house Greys, Reptilians and tall white alien scientists.
The contract with the Grays and Reptilians included an agreement that the government would allow the aliens to establish underground research facilities where alien scientists would conduct biogenetic research to develop advanced alien-human hybrids.
To facilitate the Biogenetic Research Program, the US government allows aliens to abduct a limited number of humans and use them as “guinea pigs”.
The aliens agree in return to give the United States government access to advanced alien technology, mostly space.
Conspiracy theorists claim that most alien abductions are carried out by the Grays and Reptilians.
Although the US authorities are aware that the aliens are violating the terms under which the treaties were signed in the 1950s, they are unable to stop the violations.
The underground facilities are equipped with extensive laboratories and engineering workshops. There are sections where aliens and human abductees used as research “guinea pigs” are kept in captivity.
According to Uhaus, there are hundreds, even thousands, of Gray aliens working with the Pentagon on advanced technology as part of an effort to keep their side of the deal with the US government…
